I recently finished the 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You anime (long ass title, I know), and I am all over Shizuka. I think its a relatively popular opinion, so I guess its not to surprising but she really is so wonderful. I love the way she talks through the book when she's introduced and her phone later on. The way she speaks through fantasy books makes literally everything she says super funny and makes for some great moments. She's like the embodiment of cute, and all of her mannerisms are so adorable. The way she beams when she's happy, the face she makes when she's flustered, THE FACE SHE MADE WHEN SHE GOT STUCK IN THE POOL AND RENTAROU CAME TO SAVE HER. It's hard to pick a favorite moment with Shizuka, there's her introduction which was amazingly cute, or when she laughs using the phone (I really liked that one), or when she almost got carried away by the wind. But I think the one I like the most is in the last episode when she catches Rentarou in the bath and gets a nose bleed. As for the other girls I was immediately drawn to Hakari because she's so horny (this was before we were graced with Shizuka's pureness), and I didn't really like Karane at the start but started to warm up to her around the time she became the group strong man cause I thought it was funny. Nano was... there I guess, she kinda felt like the wet blanket of the group. And finally, Kusuri ended up being my second fav out of all of them cause shes so energetic and fun. Part of me thinks that Rentarou is white knighting way too much, but ultimately I think he's an alright protag. Final thoughts: its definitely worth the watch, not too much bs and its really funny. My only complaint is with the light novel ass title, but fr its cute.
